Message As it is right now.

1)I feel that when you dress up a car with what seems to be the "F & F" checklist you default it in such a way that the car looses the design details that made it different/cool to begin with. when I look at the cars parked next to yours, the Z seems to blend in so much that to a casual observer, all those cars would be the same.
I associate this with the "import show model syndrome". This is something I made up, but when you look at these models with the same amount of make up, fake breasts and "show clothes" they start to loose their physical differences.

2)Larger than stock body panel gaps or gaps that vary in distance through the length of the panel. Meaning, I would re-tighten/straighten all those panels or remove them if the quality is simply not there. I think there's great amounts of beauty in precision.

3)Overspray. I can see that the rubber "seals" on the hatch and the center panel have been painted. It also seems that the FMIC pipes saw a little bit of paint. Again, lack of precision. I would replace the rubber pieces with new OEM parts and remove the paint from the metal pipes and such.

4)Headlights. First, they need to be aligned. Then I would remove the "hyper blue" stuff from there. IMO If I can't go HID, I would just stick to stock. Honestly HID's make financial sense in the long run, those 85w filament-based lights go out pretty quick in addition to the possibility of deforming your $300 headlight housings. 400 for the HID's doesn't sound so bad, plus you get all the benefits of HID. I would leave the highs with the stock bulbs, more than likely you won't need them.

4)Driving lights. The Z usually gets lots of attention from the Cops, leaving necessary turning signals and stop lights just gets you tickets. In addition, it could get you in an accident, and even if its the other person's fault, they can say "I didn't see his turn light, blah".

5)The front fascia. I'm really not sure to this point but, I don't know which aftermarket front fascias allow you to keep your lower engine shield on. My Z would be a daily driver, and I once neglected installing the lower shield and over a period of 2 rainy years, I destroyed 2 alternators. So if can't slap on the engine shield, that fascia is coming out.

6)Since I'm not into being the fastest thing out there, and because it would be driven daily I would find a way to reinstall the "bumper support". I don't remember the actual name, but its the big heavy piece that goes behind the fascia, which also contains the fog-light mount holes. A slow-speed front collision would cost way more without some absorption material.

I guess I can stop here, again these are all strictly my opinions, take them with a grain of salt.
